Jenny has always been curious with a deep desire to learn; always questioning everything. For most of her life she struggled with low self-esteem, depression and anxiety. Like many people she survived a dysfunctional childhood the best way she could, and developed unhealthy coping mechanisms as a result. Determined to stop the cycle before her own children went down the same path, she committed to finding a way out. That's when she found Annie Grace (author of This Naked Mind) and became a Certified This Naked Mind Coach. Now her vision isn't just to stop the cycle for her own children, but to help other women build a better life for themselves and their children.
